TCI Event Rentals is centrally located near the Las Vegas Strip, making our facility convenient for local hotels, casinos, caterers, restaurants, convention producers and commercial event operations throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Our warehouse contains an extensive inventory of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, food service equipment, crowd control products, concession equipment and other rental items used for medium and large events, temporary commercial kitchens and hospitality operations.

Customers interested in purchasing available used restaurant equipment, commercial kitchen supplies or smallwares may also ask about current inventory. Items available for purchase change frequently, so please contact us before visiting.

TCI Event Rentals is not a walk-in showroom. All visits are by appointment only.

Scheduling an appointment allows our staff to confirm that the equipment you want to inspect is available and accessible before you arrive. Much of our inventory may be reserved, staged for delivery, undergoing inspection or stored within our warehouse.
