Rental Pricing
Rates depend on the equipment, quantity, rental duration, delivery location, setup requirements and current demand. Delivery, pickup, labor, fuel and utility accessories are not included unless specifically stated in the quote.

Rental Terms and Availability
- Daily rentals may be available for selected equipment.
- Multi-day, weekly, monthly and longer commercial rentals are available for many items.
- Large quantities should be reserved as early as possible.
- Some equipment requires dedicated electrical, propane, water, drainage or ventilation provisions.
- Delivery and pickup charges are based on location, access, equipment quantity and scheduling requirements.
- Setup, breakdown, labor, fuel, transformers, hoses, racks and accessories may be quoted separately.
- Equipment availability is not confirmed until the reservation and required payment have been completed.

TCI Event Rentals is not a walk-in showroom. Equipment inspections and warehouse visits are available by appointment only. Call before visiting so staff can confirm that the requested equipment is available and accessible.
